Intensives vs Long-Term Coaching

I know I’ve mentioned it before, but it’s worth repeating here, I am a coach who has a coach. And let me tell you, I didn’t go into it without my hesitations. Having always been comfortable breaking out beyond my comfort zones, I wondered what a coach could possibly teach me that I wasn’t already doing for myself?


The reality is that having a coach is so much more than simply what you can learn. It’s about the power that having a coach beside you, who is as invested in your success as you are, brings to the table. It’s the accountability. It’s the support.


And above all else, it’s in the knowing that coaching can, and should, meet you where you’re at - aligned with your needs, geared toward your specific roadblocks.


As a coach, I offer two primary streams for my clients. Intensive and long-term coaching. But it can be hard to determine which offering is better for you if you have had very limited or no experience with coaching in the past.


So, let’s break down the differences to help you make an informed decision.


Intensive Coaching


Intensive Coaching is for women seeking a short-burst, fast change in one area of their life, such as health and fitness, leadership, imposter syndrome, pricing, etc. Recognizing that something is in your way, and you need to remove it in order to reach your goal.


This is an intense (hence the name) 1 - 2-day session that requires us to go deep into one specific area to clear it out. Identifying what is in your way, cultivating a plan, and reprogramming your mindset in this area to move you through whatever is holding you back.


Often, women who are quite busy, CEOs, VPs, who can't possibly imagine finding time in their schedule for six months of coaching, are the ones who feel most aligned with the Intensive Coaching process. These women often feel confident in other areas of their life but hit a block of self-doubt in a particular space that they can't move past on their own.


Intensive Coaching may be conducted virtually or in person. We are constantly focused on expanding, and as such, coaching sessions take place in a space that elevates you, harnessing the power needed to connect to a higher mindset.

Long-term Coaching


Let's jump right into defining Long-term Coaching by clearing up a common misconception. Long-term support does NOT equal slow support. Change can (and often does) happen rapidly. Instead, Long-term Coaching provides regular, consistent mentorship and guidance, assisting clients in navigating multiple level-ups.


In contrast with Intensive Coaching, where women can often identify the one area of their life, they need immediate clarity in, the Long-term Coaching client knows she is in a state of "shift" with more than one area of her life ready to be unlocked.


These women thrive in having a regular connection to the energy I bring to each session, leaving them feeling powerful, unstoppable, and capable of achieving anything (which is already in your grasp, I'm just here to help you unlock that knowledge!)


Long-term Coaching is enacted in six or twelve-month blocks and is designed to help you move through the resistance and obstacles blocking you from reaching your highest self—allowing you to live life by your design.


Long-term Coaching is for women who want:

• To learn what truly makes them happy, what motivates them, and how to pursue it without getting in their own way

• To live authentically, unafraid to exist in their power and command that due respect

• To feel confident, to really KNOW they deserve that seat at the table

• To be better positioned to make decisions that align with their vision for their next level(s)

• To be clear about what those next levels look like, to really KNOW who she is

• To overcome limiting beliefs, outside doubts, and imposter syndrome

• To feel more joy and fulfillment in life, personally and professionally

When I first set out 15 years ago, what I knew, all I knew really, was that I wanted different. I wanted (and deserved) better than the previous 15 years had been.
